Your "Recessionistas" article was incredibly out of touch. In this recession, many young woman are facing home foreclosurs and unemployed parents, not just reductions in allowance and fewer designer labels. showcasing a photograph of Mischa Barton leaving Urban Outfitters with several bags was offensive. For many girls, including myself, Urban Outfitters is very expensive and a shopping spree there would be a dream come true. Young girls who already have plenty of designer labels in their closets in no way represent the AVERAGE American female int his economy.
